Viewing and Inspection:
Items are available during our normal business hours or by appointment.
10:00-4:00 PM Monday-Friday
10:00-3:00 PM Saturday


Pick-up Times:
Pick-up, unless otherwise noted, will always be the 2 days fallowing the auction closing.

Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of sale and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. Merchandise must be removed on the dedicated pick up days.

Buyers Premium:
A 10% buyer's fee will be charged on all items and lots for all cash or check transactions. An additional 3% charge will be applied on all Credit Card transactions. Every bidder pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly-Bring Tax Exemption Certificate if applicable.

Payment Information:
Buyer will receive an invoice via email after the close of the auction. Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfers. Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, Classic 61 Sales reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand. Any item or lot not paid for in full within two days of the auction item or lot's closing date may be resold at the discretion of Owner/Seller or Classic 61 Sales and you may be blocked from further bidding.


Auction Procedure:
Online Bidding Only. The auction closing will be staggered (3 lots every 1 minute) Bidding will extend if a bid is placed within the last minute of its closing time. The time will extend for 1 minute and will continue until there is no activity for 1 minute.

Additional Terms and Conditions:
All items listed on our auctions are sold as is, where is. We describe the items to the best of our ability but, things can get missed or overlooked. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the items prior to the end of the auction. Winning bidder assumes all responsibility for won items after the auction closes. Due to a lack of warehouse space we ask that you please pick up your items during pick up days. Items paid for but not picked up may be subject to storage fees. Bidders that do not pick up their items will be blocked from future bidding.

Bidders may not bid for another bidder who has lost their bidding privileges. This will result in your bidding privileges being removed also.

Please be aware as to the location of the auction. Moosebid.com has two permanent locations:

• Classic 61 Sales in Barnum, MN

• F & 2 Sales in Maple, WI.

Shipping is NOT provided between locations.

All Firearm Sales:

Note: Winning bidder must be able to pass a NICS test at time of purchase and have either a Permit to Carry or a Permit to Purchase. Note: Guns are located and stored off site in Barnum. Invoices will need to paid for here at our location and then you must bring the paid invoice to the Pick Up Location for the NICS test and for pick up. Reminder that the persons name on the invoice is the ONLY person able to pick up a firearm. There is a $25 NICS fee at time of Pick up.
