  Pick-up\, unless otherwise noted\, will always be the 2 days 
 fallowing the auction closing. Thursday September 2nd 10:00-
 5 PM Friday September 3rd 10:00-5 PM Merchandise becomes the
  full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of sale and Bu
 yer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until re
 moved from the sale premises. Merchandise must be removed on
  the dedicated pick up days. Buyers Premium: A 13% buyer's f
 ee will be charged on all items and lots for all credit/debi
 t card transactions. For all non credit/debit card payments 
 (cash/check)\, there will be a 3% discount on the final invoi
 ce amount. Every bidder pays the same buyer's premium and sh
 ould bid accordingly-Bring Tax Exemption Certificate if Avai
 lable. Payment Information: Buyer will receive an invoice vi
 a email after the close of the auction. Cash\, Cashier's Chec
 ks\, Money Orders\, Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5\,000.
 00\, and Wire Transfers. Good Personal & Business Checks are 
 accepted\, Classic 61 Sales reserves the right to require a B
 ank letter of guarantee\, guaranteeing payment in full\, witho
 ut condition upon demand. Any item or lot not paid for in fu
 ll within two days of the online auction item or lot's closi
 ng date may be resold at the discretion of Owner/Seller or C
 lassic 61 Sales and you may be blocked from further bidding.
  Auction Procedure: Online Bidding Only. The auction closing
  will be staggered (3 lots every 1 minute) Bidding will exte
 nd if a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of its closi
 ng time. The time will extend for 1 minute and will continue
  until there is no activity for 1 minute.
