Buyers Premium:
A 13% buyer's fee will be charged on all items and lots for all credit/debit card transactions. For all non credit/debit card payments (cash/check), there will be a 3% discount on the final invoice amount. Every bidder pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly-Bring Tax Exemption Certificate if Available.
Payment Information:
Buyer will receive an invoice via email after the close of the auction. Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfers. Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, Classic 61 Sales reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand. Any item or lot not paid for in full within two days of the online auction item or lot's closing date may be resold at the discretion of Owner/Seller or Classic 61 Sales and you may be blocked from further bidding.
Auction Procedure:
Online Bidding Only. The auction closing will be staggered (3 lots every 1 minute) Bidding will extend if a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of its closing time. The time will extend for 3 minutes and will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.
